Chant 3 mantras, 1st Month Free, Starts 2 Nov
Cortisol, your stress hormone, is highest in the first 40 minutes after you wake.
Most of us open the phone in those minutes. The day starts in reaction and stays there.
20 minutes of chanting, with a resolve behind each mantra, changes what the day starts with.
In your mind you give the mantra a direction. Nothing is written down. That is all a sankalpa is.
Three mantras, along with Arjun. Nobody sees you and nobody hears you.
Eyes closed. You see the day going the way you resolved it. Then you get up and leave your bed.
A recording, any time after 9 PM. Ten minutes to settle the day’s conflicts, then five minutes of humming pranayama for deep sleep.
Work keeps running in the mind long after you stop working. That is what delays sleep, and what wakes you at 3 AM.
Looking back at the day once, on purpose, closes it. Slow humming settles the body before sleep.
Arjun teaches live from India at 6:00 AM. In every other city below, that same morning’s session is held at 6:00 AM local time, with a host present. Your city is marked if you are in one of them.
This is what the chanting sounds like. At home you chant along with it, and nobody hears you.
You chant along and nobody corrects you. Word cards with meaning and pronunciation are on the mantra cards page, in five languages.
The first month is free. If you feel like continuing, pay for the remaining seventy days. We do not take your card details beforehand. Relax and explore the experience first. Everything else can wait. We will ask you to pay on day thirty.
He has done this every single day for two decades, alongside that job and a family. He is a householder, not a monk. His family starts their day with mantra chants, and he follows the Bihar School of Yoga tradition.
I have done this for the last two decades, every single day, so much so that it has become a life behaviour. The start and the end of the day were truly mine, just like you. And I experienced that if I integrate yoga into that, life becomes more settled, with everything around you remaining in a state of perpetual disbalance.
