How we hold your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated · 16 July 2026

You are trusting us with something quiet and personal — how your body and mind are doing. This is how we protect it.

Who is responsible for your data

OMJOOMSUH (OPC) PVT LTD is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us. Registered office: B-1084, Church Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016, India. This policy is written in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules under it.

What we collect

We collect only what a practice needs to serve you:

On health information. Some of what you share with us is sensitive — it concerns your health. We collect it only with your consent, use it only to give you your own reading and guide your practice, and never sell it or share it for advertising.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We process your data to run the Services you have asked for: to create and secure your account, to give you your assessments and readings, to guide your practice, to take payment, to answer you, and to meet our legal obligations. Where the law requires consent — as it does for your health information — we act on your consent, which you give when you choose to share, and which you can withdraw at any time.

Who can see it

Your readings are seen by you and Arjun. Beyond that, we share personal data only with the service providers who help us run the app — for example, our hosting and database provider, and payment gateways such as Razorpay (and Amazon, for the Swasthya Kosha journal) — and only so far as they need it to do that work. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as you have an account with us and for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures — including access controls and encrypted connections — to protect your data. No system is perfect; if a data breach occurs that affects you, we will inform you in plain language about what happened, its likely effect, and what we are doing about it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, write to us at connectomjoomsuh@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent will not undo processing already done lawfully before you withdrew.

Children

The Services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect the data of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, tell us and we will delete it.
